"The convertible debenture holders who have exercise: Advance Opportunities Fund

Conversion Ratio: Principle amount of the Convertible Debentures divided by the 
conversion price
Conversion price: 90.00 percent of market price of the company's share on the 
Stock Exchange of Thailand for the past 7-15 consecutive business days before
the conversion date is between 24 June - 2 July 2024, totaling 7 business days,
which has a weighted average price of 0.30 baht per share and a 90% price equal
to 0.27 baht per share (Refer to past prices from SETSMART according to
www.setsmart.com) with a conversion price of 0.27 baht per share which is not
less than 90.00 percent weighted average price. Therefore, it does not meet the
criteria that prohibit the convertible debenture holders from selling the newly
issued ordinary shares within one year from the date that the convertible
debenture holders received the convertible securities (Silent Period). However,
the weighted average price calculated from closing price or weighted average
price by trading volume in each business day (Floating Conversion Price). Before
exercising the right to convert this time, the company had remaining
convertible debentures that had not yet been exercised as follows: 1. from the
issuance and offering of long-term convertible bonds of the Company No. 3/2024
to Advance Opportunities Fund 1 ("AO Fund 1") on June 21, 2024 in the amount of
5 million baht (5,000 units) and 2. from the issuance and offering of long-term
convertible bonds of the Company No. 4/2024 to Advance Opportunities Fund 1 ("AO
Fund 1") in the amount of 20 million baht (20,000 units) on June 19, 2024, and
from the issuance and offering of long-term convertible bonds of the Company No.
5/2024 to Advance Opportunities Fund 1 ("AO Fund 1") in the amount of 10
million baht (10,000 units) and Advance Opportunities Fund ("AO Fund ") in the
amount of 10 million baht (10,000 units) on May 30, 2024, totaling 45 million
baht (45,000 units)
For this time, convertible bond holders have exercised conversion rights as 
follows: Advance Opportunities Fund 1 has exercised conversion rights from the
issuance and offering of long-term convertible bonds of the Company No. 3/2024
on 3 July 2024 in total amount 5 million baht (5,000 units). The balance of
convertible debentures that have not yet exercised their rights total 40 million
 baht (40,000 units)."
