According to CPAXT's request SET for the suspension of trading of the company's 
shares  for a period of 9 business days from 20 September to 2 October 2024 for
the purpose of the preparation regarding the allotment of shares of NewCo to
shareholders of CPAXT and Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd. (Ek-chai) as
well as other relevant arrangements that required in connection with the listing
of securities of NewCo in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. (Details as shown on
CPAXT's news on 8 August 2024) Therefore, SET will temporally post the
suspension sign on CPAXT from 20 September to 2 October 2024.

However, there are information about the Amalgamation which might effect 
investors investment decision. SET requires investors to carefully monitor news
or information which has released through the SET's information dissemination
system for making investment decision.
