As the Company submitted the registration statement (Form 69-1) and the draft 
prospectus of the Company (collectively referred to as the "Registration
Statement") for the offering for sale of newly issued ordinary shares to
existing shareholders of the Company prior to the capital structuring under the
business rehabilitation plan and employees of the Company to the Office of the
Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Office of the SEC") and the Stock
Exchange of Thailand on 30 September 2024, the Company would like to inform that
the Registration Statement for the offering for sale of newly issued ordinary
shares under the business rehabilitation plan to  (a) existing shareholders of
the Company prior to the capital structuring under the business rehabilitation
plan who are eligible for the allocation of newly issued ordinary shares of the
Company, which are shareholders of the Company who have mailing address in
Thailand according to the information specified in the share register book of
the Company as of 31 October 2024 (the "Existing Shareholders Eligible for the
Share Allocation") and (b) employees of the Company who are eligible for the
allocation of newly issued ordinary shares of the Company (the "Employees of the
Company"), ((a)  and (b) collectively referred to as the "Offering for Sale of
Newly Issued Shares under the Plan") has become effective on 26 November 2024.
In this regard, the Company would like to inform additional details regarding
the Offering for Sale of Newly Issued Shares under the Plan to the Existing
Shareholders Eligible for the Share Allocation with detail per attachment. The
aggregate final number of newly issued ordinary shares of the Company to be
offered for sale to the Existing Shareholders Eligible for the Share Allocation
shall not exceed 9,822,473,626 shares at offering price of 4.48 Baht per share
according to the resolution of the Plan Administrators' Special Meeting No.
10/2024 on 25 November 2024. The subscription ratio for newly issued ordinary
shares is 1 existing ordinary share of the Company per 4.5 newly issued ordinary
shares of the Company whereby the Existing Shareholders Eligible for the Share
Allocation could subscribe for the newly issued ordinary shares both in
proportion to their respective shareholding and through oversubscription.  If
there is any fractional number of shares resulting from the calculation, such
fractional number of shares will be rounded down.
