According to Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULFI) and Intouch 
Holdings Public Company Limited (INTUCH) have already completed the amalgamation
processes and the Public Company Limited Registrar accepted registration of the
amalgamation, As a result, the mentioned companies will be lost their status as
juristic persons and all assets, liabilities, rights, duties and
responsibilities of mentioned companies will be transferred to Gulf Development
Public Company Limited (GULF). By virtue of Section 171 (4) and 171 (1) of the
Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET's Board of Governors has
approved the delisting of GULFI's and INTUCH's securities and the listing of
GULF's securities since the day that the Public Company Limited Registrar
accepted registration of the amalgamation on Apr 1, 2025 (effective in the
trading system on Apr 2, 2025) and to be traded on Apr 3, 2025 onwards.
