Infinite Public Company Limited ("Company") has resolved to hold the 2025 Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 April 2025 at 14.00 hours, conducted in
the hybrid form both electronic means and relaying from Diamond Ballroom 1,
Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel, No. 282 Rattanathibeth Road, Bangkrasor
Sub-District, Muang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi Province to consider matters as
detailed in the previous notification.
To ensure that shareholders have sufficient time to consider the meeting agendas
and supporting documents, and in alignment with the principles of good
corporate governance regarding shareholders' rights and equitable treatment, the
Company has published the Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders along with the relevant supporting documents on the Company's
website at https://www.advicepcl.co.th/th/general-meeting under the section
"2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders", starting from April 4, 2025
onwards.
