Remark                                   :
1) The number of shares to be repurchased will range from approximately 4,450 to
4,684 million shares, representing 4.56 to 4.80 percent of the Bank's total
paid-up shares.
2) The preliminary repurchase price will be in the range of 1.90 to 2.00 baht 
per share, and the Bank will announce the final repurchase price to shareholders
by 5 January 2026 via the electronic disclosure system of the Stock Exchange of
 Thailand.
