Change of director/Executive


This is to inform that Miss Sirima Chuanyoo has resigned from the Director of 
Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited. The effective date is 25
February 2026.
The Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting No. 1/2026 held on 25 
February 2026 resolved to appoint Mr. Chatri Tansiri as Director in replacement
of Miss Sirima Chuanyoo. The appointment is effective from 25 February 2026
onwards.
